Sancroft Community Care Ltd board of directors are committed to making a difference to every resident’s well-being by ensuring the highest standard of care.

The home provides a range of care staff delivering supervisory and care services to residents. These services are provided 24 hours a day which includes ‘night care staff’. There is supervisory/ management support in place covering 24 hours per day.

Our skilled workforce strives to preserve dignity, privacy encouraging independence and reminiscence within a stimulating and caring environment.

All care staff are appropriately qualified and trained to deliver the highest standard of care. A continuous programme of training is planned to ensure that all qualifications are up-dated and in accordance with the latest legislative standards. Our policy is to encourage continuous professional development for all staff to enable them to provide a service that is personalised, caring, professional and fulfilling.

Our Home Manager Dorota Chrol has a wealth of experience in delivering high quality care and is supported by the highly trained care staff team to provide care to our residents to the very highest standards
